Depression

Hello ladies and gentlemen!
So this is a serious post today.
I'm going to be talking about Depression.
I know a person who is depressed and she hasn't told anyone. I just know she is by the way she acts.

So what is depression? you may ask.
Well we all feel fed up and sad at times. These feeling don't usually last for a week or two. Sometimes there is a reason for this feeling, sometimes there's not. We usually cope with it, like tell a friend or talk to someone about it.

However, in depression:

•Your feelings don't go away in a few days- it carries on for a months.
• It will interfere with your life.

You will feel:

• Unhappy most of the time
• Loose interest in most things and life
• You find it harder to make decisions
• You can't cope with most things
• You feel tired most of the time
• You loose your appetite
• You loose self confidence
• You think of suicide.

You may not notice you are depressed for a while. You may start to noticed pains, constant headaches or sleepiness. Physical symptoms like these are the first sign of depression.
 
So if you are depressed and you might be wondering, 'How do I cure this?!?'
Well you're in luck because I am going to tell you!
• Be active- Do something Physical like your favourite sport.
• Do something you enjoy- Like a sport or hobbies.
• Eat something healthy
• Hang out with some VERY CLOSE friends.- go out shopping or something with them.
• Just relax
• Listen to some music
• try to sleep.
